Pricing
TopThe prices of items advertised for sale on the robe-glamour.com web site, indicated in Euros, are those effective at the time the Buyer’s purchase order is confirmed.
They do not include postage, which shall be added to the purchase total according to the weight of the items. Postage fees shall be indicated before the Buyer confirms his/her order.
Prices include value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day the order is placed. Any changes in the applicable VAT rate shall be automatically applied to the price of items sold by robe-glamour.com on its web site.
Robe-glamour.com reserves the right to modify the price of its products at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any such modifications before placing his/her order.
Robe-glamour.com imports all its dresses personally from the USA and pays all customs duties and taxes owing; no further sums shall be owed by the buyer in this regard. Robe-glamour.com is not responsible for deliveries to foreign countries where additional customs duties are levied; such duties shall be borne by the buyer.
In general, the prices indicated on our robe-glamour.com web site are not legally binding and are provided for information purposes only. Prices always include VAT unless otherwise specified.
Product characteristics

Items are available for purchase on the robe-glamour.com web site only while stocks last. Any items not stored in robe-glamour.com’s warehouses are subject to availability at its suppliers.
Robe-glamour.com reserves the right to modify the contents of its collection, particularly in accordance with supplier constraints.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the items for sale are only provided for information purposes and shall not in any way be legally binding on the seller.
Should a supplier modify a product, the seller shall not be held liable for its graphical representation nor shall this modification affect the validity of the sale.

Orders will not be confirmed or dispatched until these documents are received in order to prevent fraud or misuse of credit cards.
We reserve the right to request proof of identity for any order amounts should we deem this necessary.
Dispatch & Delivery
TopItems ordered from the robe-glamour.com web site will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer in mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and abroad.
Should items be only partially available, robe-glamour.com may split orders.
In this case, available items will be sent first and the rest of the order dispatched when the remaining items are available.
robe-glamour.com uses the COLISSIMO suivi tracked mail service by La Poste (French postal service) for France, COLISSIMO prioritaire recommandé (priority recorded mail) for the DOM-TOM's and COLISSIMO suivi international (international tracked mail) for other countries.
All deliveries must be signed for by the recipient.
NB: Postage costs vary according to the number of items ordered.
Colissimo tracked mail rates for FRANCE
12.80 euros for up to 4 items; 14.50 euros for 5 or more items. Delivery times: 3-5 working days
Europe + Switzerland + DOM rates
28.05 euros for up to 4 items; 32.05 euros for 5 or more items. Delivery times: 5-8 working days
TOM and other country rates
36.05 euros for up to 4 items; 41.05 euros for 5 or more items. Delivery times: 8-12 working days
These delivery times are provided as an indication (times in working days for deliveries within mainland France) and subject to normal operation of La Poste.
Should delivery times be exceeded, this shall not in any way entitle the buyer to claim compensation, request a discount on the sale price or cancel the order.
In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, any items ordered shall be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the date the buyer places his/her order, subject to full payment of the amount owing.
If items are not delivered within this period, the buyer shall have the right to cancel his/her order. Any payments made by the buyer to the seller shall then be reimbursed without delay, to the exclusion of all other compensation.
The buyer shall inform robe-glamour.com in writing (letter, fax or email) of any delays in the indicated delivery time to enable robe-glamour.com to investigate the matter with the delivery service and improve the quality of service it offers.
Delivery investigations can take up to 21 working days. Should the item be located during this period, it will be immediately rerouted to the delivery address indicated on the purchase order.
However, if the item ordered by the Buyer is not located after 21 days of investigation, robe-glamour.com will resend the item at its own expense.
If items are exchanged, postage costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Availability of items
TopShould any item ordered not be available, robe-glamour.com will inform the buyer as quickly as possible.
In accordance with article L121.20.3 of the French Consumer Code, robe-glamour.com may then substitute a product of similar quality and price. Postage costs shall then be paid by robe-glamour.com.
Should robe-glamour.com be unable to offer a substitute product, the buyer shall be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within thirty days of having purchased the particular item.
Cancellation & Returns
TopIn accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven clear days from receipt of the ordered items to return these items, at his/her own cost, for reimbursement.
The items must be returned to robe-glamour.com in perfect condition for resale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instruction leaflet, etc.), suitably sealed and accompanied by their purchase invoice.
Likewise, if the item has a guarantee slip or any other document to be completed, this must not be filled in to enable the buyer to exercise his/her right to cancel.
Any product which is incomplete, spoiled or damaged, or whose original packaging is not intact, will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
By exercising his/her right to cancel, the buyer has the option to be reimbursed in cash or have the card used to pay for the item credited.
Data protection
TopData collected by robe-glamour.com is for its exclusive use and will not be transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.
In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" (data protection) act no. 78-17 of 06.01.1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. To exercise this right, contact robe-glamour.com via email.
When you place an order, you will be assigned a password. This will enable you to view your current orders.
Settlement of disputes
TopIn the event of a dispute, every attempt shall be made to reach an amicable agreement. Failing this, any legal action shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the robe-glamour.com corporate headquarters.
